| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce popisuje základní vyšetřovací metody, CT a MR, které se používají při traumatech páteře. Práce je rozdělená na část teoretickou, kde popisuji anatomii páteře, nestability páteře, princip CT a nakonec princip MR. Dále také indikace, kontraindikace a kontrastní látky jednotlivých vyšetření. Praktická část ukazuje na souboru pacientů, kteří byli vyšetřeni pomocí výpočetní tomografie a magnetické rezonance ve FN Plzeň kvůli traumatickému poranění páteře. | cs |
