dc.description.abstractCílem této bakalářské práce Řízení výrobních procesů v oblasti elektrotechnické výroby je popsat principy funkčního a procesního přístupu při řízení výroby a stručně vysvětlit jejich rozdíly. Dále pak popsat základní metody, které se při řízení procesů využívají a některé z těchto metod uplatnit v praxi. Pro tento účel byla zvolena firma KS Europe s.r.o., konkrétně oddělení "Heftshop", které se zabývá kompletací katalogů.cs

Then describe basic methods used in process control and apply some of these methods in practice.
