Stavovské právo obsahovalo nejen trestně právní předpisy, které se vytvářely v předcházející době, ale také představovalo novou právní úpravu, kterou přinesla kodifikace zemského a městského práva v období stavovského státu.cs

The Estates law included not only the criminal law legislations which had been created/formed in the previous period, but it also constituted the new regulations, that were brought by the codification of provincial and municipal law during the Estates state.en
