dc.description.abstractHlavním cílem studie bylo zachytit vývoj zaměstnanosti saúdských žen v Saúdské Arábii a analyzovat, zda došlo v tomto kontextu k jejich emancipaci. Jejich zaměstnanost a vzdělanost byla řešena v souvislosti s vládou jednotlivých panovníků monarchie, přičemž prostor byl věnován především vládnoucímu období krále Abdulláha, jelikož během jeho vlády došlo k jisté odchylce dosavadní rétoriky a k viditelným změnám v žité praxi.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe main goal of the study is to identify developments in the employment of Saudi women in Saudi Arabia and to analyze, in this point of context, whether there has been any progress in their further emancipation. Their employment and education is decided as public policy by the government of individual monarchs, and the study is devoted mainly to the ruling period of King Abdullah, because during his reign distinct changes have occurred in the current official rhetoric and also in the daily living experience of women.en
