dc.description.abstractV této diplomové práci je popsán ústavní systém Izraele. Práce vychází především z odborných cizojazyčných publikací, které se danému tématu věnují. V jednotlivých kapitolách je rozebrán vývoj ústavního systému, jeho prameny, politický systém, postavení lidských práv v Izraeli a také role náboženského práva. Vedle hlavní části práce obsahuje také obsah, úvod, závěr, resumé a přehled použitých zdrojů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis describes the constitutional system of Israel. The thesis is based mainly on professional foreign-language publications that deal with the topic. The individual chapters analyze the development of the constitutional system, its sources, the political system, the position of human rights in Israel and also the role of religious law. Apart from the content part designated to the main topic the thesis also contains the table of contents, introduction, conclusion, resumé and an overview of the used sources.en
