dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou výživy a nutričního stavu hospitalizovaných pacientů. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje důležitý vliv zdravé a vyvážené stravy na zdravotní a nutriční stav hospitalizovaných pacientů. Obsahuje informace o nutriční péči a o profesi nutričního terapeuta. Poukazuje na nutriční vyšetření, která by měla být prováděna hospitalizovaným pacientům, aby se předešlo vzniku podvýživy. Dále také informuje o problematice podvýživy, která se vyskytuje ve stále větším počtu u hospitalizovaných pacientů. Praktická část je tvořena výzkumným šetřením. Zjišťuje, zda jsou hospitalizovaní pacienti spokojeni s kvalitou, pestrostí a množstvím stravy, podávané ve zdravotnických zařízeních. Zkoumá informovanost pacientů o vzniku a prevenci malnutrice. Dále zjišťuje kvalitu péče v soukromé a státní nemocnici.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with nutrition and nutritional status of hospitalized patiens. The thesis is divided into two parts, the teoretical and practical one. The teoretical part describe an important effect of healthy and well-balanced diet on human health and nutritional status of patiens. It contains informations about nutritional care and about proffesion of nutritional therapist. The thesis shows the nutritional examinations which should be provided to hospitalized pacients to prevent malnutrition. It also inform about the issue of undernutrition, which can occur in a large scale in hospitalized patients. The practical part consists of research survey. It finds out if hospitalized patients are satisfied with quality, varied and amount of food, which is served in hospital. It examines patient?s knowledge about development and prevention of malnutrition. It also finds out, which level of quality of health care is in the private and the public hospital.en
