dc.description.abstract-translatedUnder the Slovak Republic conditions, the local self-government signifies the essential component part of every law subject. In relation to municipalities and the higher territorial units not only the fiscal decentralization is important within which it is applied the meaningful tasks distribution between state and other levels of territorial self-government. The special attention is necessary to pay especially to the municipality budget economy, but not only as regards the local taxes’ context but it is equally important to take into consideration the institutions context that safeguards the healthy local self-government public finance. On the base of the tax collection the legal analyse of the comparison method is applied including the eventual monitoring implementation or the application of the remedial management regime.en
