dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce poukazuje na prožitek porodních bolestí. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsán fyziologický porod, psychologie porodu, fyziologie porodní bolesti a tlumení porodních bolestí. Tato část je zpracována na základě informací z odborné literatury a odborných internetových článků. Praktická část se zaměřuje na prožitek z bolesti fyziologického porodu a vliv metod tlumení bolesti včetně porodnické analgezie. Tato část obsahuje vyhodnocení výzkumného šetření. Výsledky byly získávány pomocí dvou strukturovaných rozhovorů se dvěma rodičkami, které se dobrovolně a ochotně zúčastnily výzkumu. Výsledkem práce je porovnání prvorodičky s vícerodičkou, jejich zážitků a zkušeností z porodu a jejich bolesti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis points to the experience of birth pains. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the physiological birth, the psychology of childbirth, the relief of labour pain and the management of labour pain. This part is based on information from the literature and professional internet articles. The practical part focuses on the pain experience of physiological childbirth and the impact of pain control methods including obstetric analgesia. This part includes an evaluation of the research investigation. The results were collected through two structured interviews with two mothers who voluntarily and willingly participated in the research. The result of the work is a comparison between first-time mothers and multiples, their experiences of childbirth and their pain.en
