dc.description.abstractVe své práci se zabývám sepisováním notářských veřejných listin v minulosti a současnosti. Práce obsahuje jak pojednání historické, tak i současnou právní úpravu. V první kapitole zdůrazňuji přínos pomocných věd historických z hlediska vývoje písma a úředních písemností. Druhá kapitola přináší historický exkurz do vzniku notářské instituce a počátků psaných listin na našem území. Třetí kapitola nastiňuje význam veřejných listin v moderní společnosti, jako listin nadaných veřejnou vírou. Čtvrtá kapitola popisuje činnost notáře při sepisování veřejných listin. Závěr práce pojednává o odpovědnosti notáře za újmu způsobenou při výkonu notářské činnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn my work, I deal with compiling notarial public documents in the past and present. The work contains both a historical treatise and current legislation. In the first chapter, I emphasize the contribution of auxiliary historical sciences from the point of view of the development of writing and official documents. The second chapter provides a historical excursion into the creation of the notary institution and the beginnings of written documents in our territory. The third chapter outlines the importance of public documents in modern society, as documents endowed with public faith. The fourth chapter describes the activity of a notary public when drafting public documents. The conclusion of the work discusses the notary's responsibility for damage caused during the performance of notary activities.en
