dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce pojednává o možnostech analgezie a analgosedace v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Vychází z teoretických východisek o patofyziologii bolesti a její farmakoterapii. Práce popisuje přednosti a nedostatky jednotlivých analgetik, anestetik a sedativ užívaných k analgosedaci, která je vedle analgetizace běžným výkonem zdravotnické záchranné služby. Práce se zabývá specifiky provedení analgezie a analgosedace v přednemocniční neodkladné péči a hledá nejobvyklejší indikace těchto úkonů prostřednictvím dokumentace Zdravotnické záchranné služby Plzeňského kraje. V rámci praktické části pátrá po četnosti užití jednotlivých léčivých přípravků a stavu pacienta před jejich aplikací. Práce je doplněna třemi kazuistikami.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with possibilities of analgesia and analgosedation in the prehospital emergency care. It works on the theoretical basis about pain's pathophysiology and therapy. This work describes the advantages and disadvantages of the anodynes, anesthetics and sedatives for analgosedation, which is common operation of emergency medical service together with analgesia. The thesis is concerned with particularities of analgesia and analgosedation in the prehospital emergency care and it finds the most usual indications by way of documents from The Emergency Medical Service of Pilsen. Under the practical part it searches for frequency of using the medicinal drugs and the condition of patient before their application. This thesis is completed with three case interpretations.en
