dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zaobírá tématem testu racionality v judikatuře Ústavního soudu České republiky. Rozebírá ho skrze předpoklady, které jsou nutné pro jeho realizaci. Skrze samotnou strukturu testu racionality. A skrze konkrétní aplikaci v judikatuře Ústavního soudu České republiky. Práce řeší problematiku omezování základních práv, zejména pak práv sociálních, v kontextu přezkumu, který provádí Ústavní soud České republiky.cs

It analyzes the test through the prerequisites necessary for its implementation, its structure, and its specific application in the case law of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic. The thesis addresses the issue of restricting fundamental rights, particularly social rights, in the context of the review conducted by the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic.en
