| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce na téma "Vliv sportovní střelby z pistole na vznik bolesti v oblasti loketního kloubu" je rozdělena na dvě části, část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část pojednává o vybraných disciplínách sportovní střelby z pistole a jejich zásadním vlivu na oblast loketního kloubu spolu s objasněním nejběžnějších komplikací této oblasti v důsledku střelby z pistole. Praktická část zahrnuje cíl práce, hypotézy, aplikaci teoretických poznatků a metodik výzkumu na konkrétní subjekty, terapii, zpracované výsledky, diskuzi a závěr. Z výsledků mého šetření plyne, že sportovní střelba z pistole způsobuje zvýšený tonus svalů předloktí, obzvláště extenzorů zápěstí na straně horní končetiny, kterou střelec drží zbraň. Přetížení svalů předloktí vede k epikondylalgiím až entezopatiím. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | Bachelor thesis on the theme of "The Effect of Gun Shooting Sport on the Genesis Pain in Elbow Joint Area" is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part deals with selected disciplines of the sport of shooting guns and their critical impact on the area of the elbow with an explanation of the most common complication of this area as a consequence of firing the gun. The practical part includes the objective of this thesis, hypotheses, an application of theoretical knowledge and research methodologies on specific subjects, a therapy, processed results, a discussion and a conclusion. The results of my investigation shows that sport pistol shooting has an impact on increased muscle tone of the forearm, especially on the wrist extensors of the upper limb in which the shooter holds the gun. The overloading of the forearm muscles leads to epicondylalgias or even to enthesopathies. | en |
