dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na financování nepodnikatelské subjektu, konkrétně analyzuje financování Gymnázia Plasy. Práce obsahuje charakteristiku neziskového sektoru, především popisuje fungování příspěvkových organizací. Zaměřuje se na postavení školství v národním hospodářství, popisuje institucionální strukturu, historii a aktuální problémy školství, analyzuje finanční toky plynoucí do školství. Diplomová práce představuje Gymnázium Plasy, jeho historii a zaměření. Práce se věnuje získávání a využití základních i alternativních zdrojů financování. Zvláštní kapitola je věnována fondům Evropské unie a možnostem čerpání těchto fondů ve školství. Práce obsahuje popis využití fondů Evropské unie pomocí jednotlivých operačních programů a projektů Gymnázia Plasy, charakterizuje jednotlivé projekty.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe submitted dissertation is focused on funding a no enterprise subject, namely it analyses the financing of The Grammar School Plasy. The thesis includes characteristics of the non-profit sector; first of all it describes the workings of state-funded institutions. It focuses on position of education system in national economy, it describes the institutional structure, history and current problems in education system, it analyses the cash flow in this sphere. The dissertation presents The Grammar School Plasy, its history and orientation. It deals with raising and using of basic and alternative funding. Special chapter deals with EU funds and possibilities of drawing these in education system. The thesis includes description of drawing the funds by means of particular operating programmes and projects of The Grammar School Plasy, it defines the particular projects.en
