dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá vypracováním projektové dokumentace ve stupni pro stavební povolení novostavby bytového domu pro startovací bydlení v Plzni.Cílem práce je návrh a optimalizace konstrukčního a dispozičního řešení, sestavení základních statických a tepelně technických výpočtů a vypracování požárně bezpečnostního řešení. V rámci práce bylo zpracováno i rozšiřující téma zabývající se analýzou napětí stěnových nosníků v závislosti na umístění otvorů.Výkresová dokumentace byla vypracována v programu Archicad 28. Statický návrh a posouzení prvků bylo vypracováno v programech SCIA Engineer 25.0, FIN EC 2024, GEO 2024 CS a IDEA StatiCa 25.0. Posouzení tepelně technických vlastností skladeb konstrukcí bylo provedeno v programu TEPLO 2017 EDU a Area 2017 EDU. Textové části práce byly vytvořeny pomocí MS Office.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis focuses on the design and preparation of project documentation at the building permit stage for a new residential building designed for starter housing in Plzeň. The aim of this thesis is to design and optimize the structural and spatial layout, compile basic static and thermal calculations, and develop the fire safety solution. Additionally, the thesis includes an extended topic focusing on the stress analysis of wall beams depending on the location of openings. The drawing documentation was created in Archicad 28. The structural design and assessment of elements were carried out with SCIA Engineer 25.0, FIN EC 2024, GEO 2024 CS and IDEA StatiCa 25.0 software. The evaluation of the thermal technical properties of the structural assemblies was performed using Teplo 2017 and Area 2017. The textual parts of the thesis were created using MS Office.en
