dc.description.abstractCílem a nosným tématem bakalářské práce bylo zúčastněnými stranami vysvětlit a popsat samotný pojem "integrace" a snažit se pojmout toto téma z různých úhlů pohledu. Z obecné roviny problematiky integrace cizinců do české společnosti jsem se v průběhu psaní zaměřila primárně na region a město, ve kterém žiji, tj. Kolín. Důvodem byla idea zesílit povědomí o možné integraci spoluobčanů z cizích zemí, seznámení se prostřednictvím různých cest a forem se situací v lokalitě kde žiji a v rámci možností zde tuto problematiku akcentovat a dále rozvíjet. Prostředkem k získání informací byl především terénní výzkum a polostrukturované rozhovory, zaměřené nejprve do několika směrů, které však v průběhu času získali souvislost a kontext. V rámci tohoto výzkumu jsem oslovila a spolupracovala se Správou uprchlických zařízení MV ČR, kde se jednalo o dvě střediska. Dalšími objekty výzkumu byly - Centrum pro integraci cizinců, nadnárodní firmy zaměstnávající legálně cizince a dále cizinci jednotlivci, kteří žijí v uvedeném regionu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim and the main topic of this bachelor´s thesis is to explain and describe the term "integration", while taking into account different points of view. I started off describing the general situation of the problem with integration of foreigners in the Czech society. Then I shifted my view primarily into the region and town where I live - Kolín. The reason for not speaking only generally, but also analyzing the problem in detail, was to enhance the awareness about possible integration of our follow-citizens from abroad, getting to know the situation in the place where I live and trying to accentuate the issue within the possible frame. The way how to obtain the necessary information was mainly through field work and semi-structured interviews. At the beginning I was following few different paths of questioning, which later on gained coherence and context. I cooperated with the Administration of refugee facilities (under the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic). Another objects of the research were - The Centre for Integration of Foreigners, multinational companies that legally employ foreigners and foreign individuals living in above mentioned region.en
