dc.description.abstractPředkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na řešení optimalizace toku materiálu v elektrotechnické výrobě. Práce je rozdělena do 4 hlavních částí. V první části je teoreticky vysvětlen tok materiálu. Ve druhé části jsou teoreticky vysvětleny metody a nástroje a jsou rozděleny do 2 skupin a to na metody pro určení velikosti toku materiálu a na metody pro správu a řízení toku materiálu. Ve třetí části je případová studie, která popisuje konkrétní problém, postup řešení a následné zhodnocení. V poslední části je souhrnné zhodnocení celé práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe main task of this diploma thesis is optimization of material flow in electrical engineering manufacturing. The work is divided into four main parts. The first part describes material flow. The second part desrcibes metods and this part is divided into two parts and describes metods for determining the size of the material flow and metods for managing and controlling the material flow. The third part is a case study that describes the specific problem, sloving process and resulting evaluation. In the last part is summary evaluation.en
