dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá integrací českých reemigrantů z rumunského Banátu, kteří se po roce 1989 přesídlili do České republiky z obcí Gerník a Svatá Helena. Výzkum vycházel z kombinace kvantitativního a kvalitativního přístupu, čímž byla prvotně získaná data prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření doplněna o subjektivní zkušenost respondentů. Bylo zjištěno, že jazyková kontinuita výrazně urychlila ekonomickou integraci. Sociokulturní dimenze integrace byla charakterizována aktivním zachováním tradic a specifickým identitárním sebepojetím. Kartografická vizualizace umožnila zobrazení územních shluků, kde se reemigranti koncentrovaně usídlují. Práce přispěla k detailnímu porozumění reemigračnímu fenoménu této specifické skupiny a procesu jejího strukturálního začlenění do české společnosti. V závěru práce byla nastíněna potenciální perspektiva dalšího výzkumu zaměřena na vícenásobnou migraci banátských Čechů v historickém kontextu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the integration of Czech re-migrants from the Romanian Banat who moved to the Czech Republic after 1989 from the villages of Gerník and Svatá Helena. The research was based on a combination of quantitative and qualitative approaches, whereby the data initially collected through a questionnaire survey was supplemented with the subjective experience of the respondents. It was found that linguistic continuity significantly accelerated economic integration. The socio-cultural dimension of integration was characterised by active preservation of traditions and specific identity self-concept. Cartographic visualization made it possible to show the territorial clusters where re-migrants concentrated. The work contributed to a detailed understanding of the re-migration phenomenon of this specific group and the process of its structural integration into Czech society. The thesis concluded by outlining a potential perspective for further research focusing on the multiple migration of Banat Czechs in a historical context.en
