dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na hodnocení bonity podniků za situace, kdy má hodnotitel k dispozici pouze veřejně dostupné informace. Základem řešení tohoto stále aktuálního problému je využití metod finanční analýzy. Důraz je kladen na výběr takových finančních ukazatelů, které jsou vhodné pro posuzování bonity podniku a zároveň pro mezipodnikové srovnávání. Podstatná část práce se věnuje problematice prostorové analýzy, přičemž veškeré praktické výpočty jsou prováděny na konkrétním vzorku firem, jejichž účetní závěrky byly získány z databáze firem Albertina. Hlavním výstupem této práce je vlastní metodika pro hodnocení zvoleného podniku. Případová studie ověřuje, jestli je navržený postup schopen poskytnout konzistentní informaci o bonitě podniku. Důležitou součástí práce je také závěrečná diskuse o silných a slabých stránkách postupu. Ten lze jistě dále zdokonalovat, je však zapotřebí mít k dispozici dostatek relevantních informací.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis focuses on assessing the creditworthiness of companies under circumstances where only information opened to the public are available. The solution of this issue is based on the application of financial analysis techniques. An emphasis is laid on the selection of financial indicators which are suitable for assessing the creditworthiness of a company and also for inter-company comparisons. A substantial part of this thesis deals with cross-section analysis. For all calculations a sample of companies is used, their financial statements were obtained from the Albertina database. The main outcome of this thesis is the author's methodology for assessing a particular company. The case study verifies whether the proposed procedure is able to provide consistent information about the creditworthiness of the company. An important part of the thesis is also a final discussion about the strengths and weaknesses of the procedure. It can certainly be further improved, but enough relevant information is needed.en
