dc.description.abstractTéma této bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na významnost potřeb neformálních pečujících v poskytování paliativní péče v domácím prostředí. V rámci této problematiky zkoumáme konkrétní role, které vyplívají z poskytování neformální péče, potřeby neformálních pečují-cích a překážky a problémy spojené s poskytováním neformální péče. Práce je strukturována do teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část vychází z odborných publikací, které se za-bývají charakteristikou paliativní péče a všech jejich součástí. Klíčovými tématy jsou defi-nice neformálních pečujících, jejich kategorizace, formy poskytované podpory a legislativa spojená s neformální péčí. Jsou zkoumány role spojené s poskytováním neformální péče a dále potřeby neformálních pečujících, které vyplívají ze zajišťování péče. V praktické části se zaměřujeme na role, potřeby a překážky a problémy neformálních pečujících. Z polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s nimi získané poznatky mají za cíl popsat jejich perspek-tivu na přítomné role, charakteristiku potřeb a analýzu problému a překážek. Výsledky stu-die odhalují nedostatečnou podporu a absenci klíčových informací a psychické vyčerpání neformálních pečujících.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this bachelor's thesis focuses on the significance of the needs of informal care-givers in the provision of palliative care in the home environment. Within this issue, we examine specific roles that arise from the provision of informal care, the needs of informal caregivers and the obstacles and problems associated with the provision of informal care. The work is structured into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is based on professional publications that deal with the characteristics of palliative care and all its com-ponents. The key topics are the definition of informal caregivers, their categorization, forms of support provided and legislation associated with informal care. The roles associated with the provision of informal care are examined and the needs of informal caregivers that arise from the provision of care. In the practical part, we focus on the roles, needs and obstacles and problems of informal caregivers. The knowledge obtained from semi-structured inter-views with them aims to describe their perspective on the present roles, the characteristics of needs and the analysis of the problem and obstacles. The results of the study reveal in-sufficient support and absence of key information and psychological exhaustion of infor-mal caregivers.en
