| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na význam sociálního kapitálu v kontextu sociálních služeb a na pomáhající profese. V teoretické části jsou představeny koncepce sociálního kapitálu a jejich rozlišení. Následně teoretická část vymezuje pomáhající profese, v rámci nichž je představena sociální práce. Prostřednictvím kvantitativního výzkumu si v této práci kladu za cíl prozkoumat vliv sociálního kapitálu mezi sociálními pracovníky pracujícími v sociálních službách. Následně je provedena interpretace získaných dat, analýza stanovených hypotéz a vyhodnocení hlavní výzkumné otázky. | cs |

The theoretical part introduces the concepts of social capital and their distinctions. Subsequently, the theoretical part of this bachelor's thesis defines helping professions, within which social work is presented. Through quantitative research, the aim of this thesis is to explore the impact of social capital among social workers working in social services.
