dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce pojednává o možnostech diagnostiky polytraumat. Práce má dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je definováno trauma a polytrauma, úrazové mechanismy, systémy skórování, algoritmus péče u polytraumatizovaného pacienta, s tím souvisí i aktivace traumatologického plánu a v neposlední řadě i možnosti diagnostiky traumat a polytraumat za pomoci zobrazovacích metod. Jako poslední kapitola teoretické části je uvedena úloha radiologického asistenta na jednotlivých modalitách zobrazovacích metod. Praktická část je rozdělena na další dvě části. Jako první jsem se zabývala kvantitativní částí, která statisticky zkoumá vybraný soubor pacientů přijatých k akutnímu CT vyšetření. Druhá část je pojata formou kazuistik na šesti pacientechcs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor´s thesis focuses on the possibilities of diagnosing polytrauma. The thesis has two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, there is the definition of trauma and polytrauma, injury mechanisms, scoring systems, the care algorithm for a polytrauma tized patient, the activation of a traumatological plan is related to this, and last but not le ast, the possibilities of diagnosing traumas and polytraumas with the help of imaging met hods. As the last chapter of theoretical part is the role radiologist assistant on individual modalities of imaging methods. The practical part is divided into two more parts. I was the first to deal with the quantitative part, which statistically examines a selected set of patients admitted for an acute CT examination. The second part is presented in the formo of case reports on six patients.en
