dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá střelnými poraněními a principy jejich ošetření v přednemocniční a primární nemocniční péči. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se autor zabývá stručným historickým vývojem a dělením střelných zbraní. Dále jsou v této práci popsány účinky střelných zbraní a poranění, která mohou způsobit. V posledních kapitolách teoretické části jsou popsána střelná poranění jednotlivých částí těla a principy ošetření střelného poranění v přednemocniční a primární nemocniční péči. Praktická část je věnována popisu několika kazuistik pacientů, kteří utrpěli střelné poranění a vytvoření ošetřovatelských diagnóz.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with gunshot wounds and principles of their treatment in prehospital and primary hospital care. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the practical part. In the theoretical part the author engages in brief historical development and dividing of firearms. In the next part in the thesis are described effects of firearms and wounds, which they are able to cause. At the end of the theoretical part are described gunshot of individual parts of human body and gunshot treatment principles in prehospital and primary hospital care. The practical part devotes several descriptions of different patient casuistries, which suffered a gunshot wounds and were therefore prescribed nursing diagnosis.en
