dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na ošetřovatelskou péči o nemocné s nádorem v oblasti krku. Zabývá se především problematikou ošetřovatelských diagnóz a péčí o nemocné s nádorovým onemocněním v oblasti krku. Teoretická část práce obsahuje anatomii krku, obecnou onkologii, nádory v oblasti krku, jejich diagnostiku, příznaky a terapii, ošetřovatelskou péči o onkologicky nemocné s nádorem v oblasti krku a výživu. Praktická část bakalářské práce zahrnuje kazuistiku dvou pacientů, kteří museli podstoupit výkon perkutánní gastrostomie. Ošetřovatelský model byl zvolen pro dva pacienty podle Nancy Roperové. Hlavním úkolem práce bylo rozpracování ošetřovatelských diagnóz, které se vztahovaly na ošetřovatelskou péči o nemocné s nádorem v oblasti krku. Edukační plány byly směřovány na ošetření rány po výkonu PEG a na samotnou aplikaci výživy do PEGu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is focus on the nursing care of patients with the tumor in the neck area. She is concentrated mainly on the issue of nursing diagnoses and care of patients with cancer in the neck area. The theoretical part of thesis contains the anatomy of the neck, general oncology, tumors in the neck area, their diagnosis, symptoms, and therapy, nursing care for oncology patients with the tumor in the neck and nutrition. The practical part of thesis includes a case report of two patients who had to tested to the performance of percutaneous gastrostomie. The nursing model had been chosen for both patients according to Nancy Roperové. The main task of the thesis was the development of nursing diagnoses that apply to the nursing care of patients with the tumor in the neck area. Educational plans was headed on the care of the wound after the performance of the PEG and on the application of nutrition to PEGu.en
