dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá problematikou funkčních poruch krční páteře a možnostmi ovlivnění pomocí reflexní terapie plosky. Teoretická část definuje samotné onemocnění včetně incidence v současnosti. Shrnuje nejčastější klinické obrazy funkčních poruch krční páteře a jejich léčbu. Dále ozřejmuje postupy reflexní terapie plosky nohy dle Hanne Marquardt. Je zmíněn její historický zrod i současné pojetí. Práce vysvětluje základní hmatovou techniku a popisuje indikované a kontraindikované stavy. Praktická část uvádí metodu reflexní terapie plosky do praxe pomocí modelových situací a kazuistického šetření s náležitou fotodokumentací. Jsou předloženy výsledky dotazníkového průzkumu z řad odborné veřejnosti, které reagují na stanovené hypotézy. Ve výzkumu se potvrdil úspěch v léčbě algického stavu (bolesti hlavy) a předpokládané možnosti využití této léčebné metody. Práce je doplněna o přílohy s informacemi k danému tématu.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis focuses on the Functional Disorders of the Cervical Spine and possible uses of the Foot Sole Reflection Therapy for treatment. The theoretical part of this thesis defines the facts about the disease and its incidence. This thesis summarizes the most common clinical displays of Functional Disorders of the Cervical Spine and the treatments of this disease. This is followed by Hanne Marquardt?s explanation of the Foot Sole Reflection Therapy with historical background and today?s utilization of the Foot Sole Reflection Therapy procedure. This thesis explains the basic rubbing technique and the indicated and contraindicated conditions. The practical portion of the thesis describes using Foot Sole Reflection Therapy in clinical practice and the complex investigation of exemplar situations which is supported by photography evidence. The thesis presents the outcomes from questionnaires that were used to obtain opinions about this hypothesis from experts specialising in this field. The investigation proves the success of using the Foot Sole Reflection Therapy for curing the algic condition (headache) and expected possibilities of utilization of this method in clinical practise. The thesis is supplemented with additional information about investigated topic in addendum.	en
