dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá právní úpravou jmenování soudců v České republice. Analyzuje zákonné požadavky kladené na uchazeče o soudcovskou funkci, postup výběru kandidátů a proces samotného jmenování. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována rozdílům mezi jmenováním soudců obecných soudů a Ústavního soudu, jakož i úloze prezidenta republiky v tomto procesu. Práce rovněž obsahuje legislativní úvahy de lege ferenda.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis is dedicated to the legal regulation of the appointment of judges in the Czech Republic. It examines the legal requirements for candidates applying for the position of judge, the process of selecting candidates, and the appointment procedure itself. Special attention is given to the differences between appointing judges of general courts and the Constitutional Court, as well as the role of the president of the republic in this process. The thesis also includes legislative considerations de lege ferenda.en
