dc.description.abstractTématem této bakalářské práce je současný sociolekt v gastronomii. Cílem bylo shromáždit jazykový materiál pro tvorbu slovníku sociolektu a jeho analýza. V teoretické části je popsána stratifikace národního jazyka a jsou definovány pojmy sociolekt, slang, argot a profesní mluva. Praktickou část tvoří slovník sociolektu a jeho analýza. Výsledky analýzy jsou shrnuty v závěru.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this bachelor's thesis is contemporary sociolect in gastronomy. The main aim was to collect linguistic material to analyse the sociolect. In the theoretical part, the stratification of the national language is described and the terms sociolect, slang, argot and professional language are defined. The practical part consists of the sociolect dictionary and its analysis. The results of the analysis are summarized in the conclusion.en
