| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na oblast multikulturního ošetřovatelství u ruských pacientů. Teoretická část popisuje základní pojmy multikulturního ošetřovatelství a specifika v ošetřování ruských pacientů vyplývající z jejich kultury, náboženství a zvyklostí. Praktická část je věnována výzkumu znalostí všeobecných sester ohledně problematiky specifik ošetřovatelské péče o tyto pacienty a výzkumu zájmu všeobecných sester o multikulturní ošetřovatelství.Výstupem práce je informační brožura obsahující přehled specifik ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů ruské menšiny. | cs |
