dc.description.abstractPředkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá prevencí a preventivními programy zdravotních pojišťoven s důrazem na význam a nutnost většího využívání. V úvodní části se nachází teoretický úvod do problematiky zdravotního systému v ČR, jeho způsobu poskytování a úhrady zdravotní péče pro zajištění ochrany zdraví obyvatel. Druhá část se již detailně zaměřuje na zdravotní pojišťovny, jejich financování, hospodaření a prognózu pro období 2020-2022. Třetí kapitola pojednává o kategorizaci prevence a preventivních činností včetně nástrojů podporujících prevenci. Dále následuje komparace preventivních programů s ekonomickým pohledem na jejich efektivnost. Poslední kapitola se soustředí na vybrané preventivní opatření - očkování a je ukončena shrnutím řešené problematiky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis deals with prevention and preventive programs of health insurance companies with an emphasis on the importance and necessity of their greater usage. In the first chapter, there is a theoretical introduction to the issue of the health system in the Czech republic, to its method of providing and reimbursing of health care to ensure the health protection of the population. The second chapter focuses in detail on the health insurance companies, their financing, management and forecast for the period 2020-2022. The third chapter deals with the categorization of prevention and preventive activities including tools supporting prevention. Then, there is a comparison of preventive programs with economic view of their effectiveness. The last chapter focuses on selected preventive measures of vaccination and concludes with a summary of this issue.en
