dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá českým předsednictvím v Radě Evropské unie v roce 2022 ve smyslu práce s agendou. Pro účely diplomové práce byl zvolen koncept "Agenda Shaping" tak, jak ho definuje politolog Jonas Tallberg. Diplomová práce zahrnuje konceptualistce základních pojmů jako je právě "Agenda Shaping", předsednictví v Radě EU nebo česká zkušenost s předsednictvím. Analýza postihuje jednání Rady EU v období od července 2022 do prosince 2022 s ohledem na agendu energetiky a ruské agrese na Ukrajině z února 2022, přičemž na základě toho vytváří diplomová práce závěry o tom, zda a jak pracovala Česká republika s vybranými agendami. Práce tak nabízí pohled na to, jakých konkrétních metod Česká republika využívala k tomu, aby určité agendě zajistila posun, případně ji blokovala. Práce také poukazuje na možné tuzemské i mezinárodní motivace k práci s konkrétní agendou. Práce se opírá především o dokumenty související s činností Rady EU, dále o novinové články, odborné články a monografie.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the Czech Presidency of the Council of the European Union in 2022 in the sense of working with the agenda. For the purposes of the thesis, the concept of "Agenda Shaping" as defined by political scientist Jonas Tallberg was chosen. The thesis includes a conceptualisation of basic concepts such as "Agenda Shaping", the EU Presidency or the Czech experience with the Presidency. The analysis affects the EU Council negotiations between July 2022 and December 2022 regarding the energy agenda and the Russian aggression in Ukraine in February 2022, and based on this, the thesis draws conclusions about whether and how the Czech Republic worked with the selected agendas. Thus, the thesis offers insight into what specific methods the Czech Republic used to secure or block the advancement of a particular agenda. The thesis also highlights possible domestic and international motivations for working with a particular agenda. The thesis is based mainly on documents related to the activities of the EU Council, as well as on newspaper articles, scholarly articles, and monographs.en
