| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou skokanského kolene. Analyzuje symptomatiku tohoto onemocnění u sportovců, provozujících rizikové sporty a predispozice, které tyto symptomy mohly vyvolat. Zkoumaly se 3 skupiny probandů, kteří aktivně sportují. Konkrétně byla ze sportů vybrána atletika, házená a volejbal. Čtvrtou skupinu tvořili jedinci, kteří se sportu věnují pouze okrajově. Tyto 4 skupiny byly mezi sebou vzájemně porovnávány. Optimálním testem pro výzkum byl zvolen podřep na nakloněné rovině 25°. Z výsledků hodnocení vyplývá, že testovaní sportující jedinci mohou být v budoucnu ohroženi vznikem skokanského kolene. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the jumper's knee. It analyzes the symptoms of this disease in athletes, which performing risky sports and the predispositions, that may have caused these symptoms. 3 groups of probands who are active in sports were studied. The fourth group consisted of individuals who are only marginally involved in sports. These 4 groups were compared with each other. The optimal test was single leg dec-line squat. The results of the evaluation show that the tested athletes may be at risk of deve-loping a jumper's knee in the future. | en |
