dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá managementem ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty s kraniocerbrálním poraněním. Je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část práce obsahuje informace týkající se ošetřovatelského managementu podílejícího se na ošetřovatelské péči, ale také samotným kraniocerebrálním traumatem. Jedná se zejména o druhy poranění, diagnostiku, léčbu, možné komplikace, ošetřovatelskou péči a neurorehabilitaci. Je zde i zmínka o dekompresivní kraniotomii, která je hodně specifická. Praktická část je tvořena výzkumným šetřením prováděném na pracovištích, kde zdravotnický personál přichází do styku s pacienty s poraněním mozku. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zdali mají sestry dostatečné znalosti týkající se specifik ošetřovatelské péče a umí včas rozpoznat možné komplikace, které mohou nastat v průběhu hospitalizace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the management of nursing care for patients with a craniocerebral injury. It is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains information regarding the nursing management involved in nursing care, but also specifically for craniocerebral trauma. In particular, it is about the types of injury, diagnosis, treatment, possible complications, nursing care and neurorehabilitation. There is also mentioned the decompressive craniotomy, which is very specific. The practical part consists of a research survey conducted in workplaces where medical personnel were coming into contact with patients with brain injuries. The aim of the study was to determine whether nurses have sufficient knowledge concerning the specifics of nursing care and if they are able to detect possible complications that may arise during hospitalisation.en
