dc.description.abstractRigorózní práce na téma Unijní regulace nabývání a držení palných zbraní obsahuje analýzy, úvahy a závěry týkající se problematiky práva nabývání a držení palných zbraní na území Evropské unie. V jednotlivých kapitolách se autor zabývá úvodem do problematiky palných zbraní, vývojem právní úpravy nabývání a držení palných zbraní na území Evropské unie a analýzou směrnice 2017/853. Autor rovněž detailně rozebírá žalobu na neplatnost této směrnice, která byla podána Českou republikou k Soudnímu dvoru EU, a dále srovnává legislativní úpravu v České republice a Spolkové republice Německo. V závěru jsou pak obsaženy konkrétní zjištění a subjektivní myšlenky a úvahy autora.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedRigorous thesis on the topic of EU regulation of the acquisition and possession of firearms contains analyzes, considerations and conclusions concerning the issue of the right to acquire and possess firearms in the territory of the European Union. In individual chapters, the author deals with an introduction to the issue of firearms, the development of legislation on the acquisition and possession of firearms in the European Union and the analysis of Directive 2017/853. The author also analyzes in detail the action for annulment of this directive, which was filed by the Czech Republic with the Court of Justice of the EU, and further compares the legislation in the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany. The conclusion contains specific findings and subjective thoughts and reflections of the author.en
