dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá fenoménem čínských ropných společností působících v subsaharské Africe. Konkrétně se práce zaměřuje na činnost těchto společností v Angole, Nigérii a Súdánu. Kroky čínských ropných společností v těchto státech jsou porovnány s principy iniciativy společenské odpovědnosti firem, kterou spustila OSN pod názvem Global Compact. Zkoumané čínské ropné společnosti se iniciativy Global Compact účastní, a proto by se měly řídit principy této iniciativy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the phenomenon of Chinese oil companies which are engaging in Sub-Saharan Africa. Concretely, the thesis deals with the activities of Chinese oil companies in Angola, Nigeria and Sudan. The moves undertaken by the companies in the territories of Angola, Nigeria and Sudan are compared with the Ten Principles of the UN corporate social responsibility initiative Global Compact. The examined Chinese oil companies are participants of the UN Global Compact initiative, and therefore they should act in adherence with the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact.en
