dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na problematiku distribuce zboží z velkoobchodu do maloobchodních prodejen. Distribuce zboží je uskutečňována prostřednictvím rozvozních tras sestavovaných na základě denních požadavků zákazníků. Při řešení problému byla využita jednoduchá heuristická metoda, Clark-Wrightova metoda. První část práce představuje teoretická východiska pro daný problém. Nejprve je obecně představen pojem doprava, poté je pozornost věnována operativní úrovni rozhodování a základním modelům úloh okružních jízd. Nakonec jsou představeny některé metody pro řešení úlohy okružních jízd. Hlavní náplní druhé části bude definice konkrétního problému z podnikového prostředí, řešení tohoto problému a porovnání získaných výsledků.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis focuses on the problem of distribution of goods from a wholesaler to retailers. Distribution of goods is accomplished via a number of distribution routes that are being compiled on daily basis based on customers' requests. Clark-Wright heuristic method was evaluated as the best approach for solving this problem. The first section or the thesis presents theoretical models for the problem. First of all the concept of transportation is introduced, then the focus shifts to the operational level of decision making and fundamental models of the vehicle routing problem. Several methods for solving the vehicle routing problem are presented at the end of the first section. Main focus of the second section of this thesis is a definition of a concrete problem from a business environment, solution to this problem and an analysis of the results.en
