| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem této bakalářské práce je sledování a hodnocení účinku dvou vybraných fyzioterapeutických metod u probandek s primární dysmenoreou. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie ženského pohlavního systému, ženský menstruační cyklus, problematika primární dysmenorey a souhrn vybraných fyzioterapeutických a ostatních metod, které mohou ovlivnit primární dysmenoreu. Praktická část obsahuje sledování 8 probandek po dobu 4 měsíců, kdy tyto probandky praktikovaly dvě vybrané fyzioterapeutické metody - cvičení dle metody Ludmily Mojžíšové a akupresuru. V metodice práce je popsaná cvičební jednotka a vybrané akupresurní body včetně fotodokumentace. Další část obsahuje sběr dat v rámci sledovaného období, kde probandky uváděly své poznatky spojené s praktikovanými metodami. Výsledky, shrnující získané informace, jsou zpracovány do jednotlivých tabulek a grafů, ze kterých vyplývá, že obě praktikované metody zmírnily subjektivní bolest probandek v průměru o 2,5 stupně na VAS škále. Zárověň ovlivnily vegetativní projevy spojené s primární dysmenoreou a dle výsledků lze také vidět, že metoda Ludmily Mojžíšové má větší analgetický účinek než akupresura. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The subject of this Bachelor thesis is the monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of two selected physiotherapeutic methods in participants with primary dysmenorrhea. The Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the anatomy of the female reproductive system, female menstrual cycle, the issue of primary dysmenorrhea and a summary of selected physiotherapeutic and other methods that may affect primary dysmenorrhea. The practical part includes the monitoring of 8 participants for 4 months, when these subjects practise two selected physiotherapeutic methods - exercises according to the methods of Ludmila Mojžíšová and acupressure. The methodology describes the training unit and the selected areas on the body where acupressure was practised, including photo documentation. The next part contains data collection within the monitored period, where participants present their findings related to the practised methods. The results, summarising the information obtained, are processed into individual tables and graphs, from which it follows that both practised methods alleviated the subjective pain of the participants by an average of 2.5 degrees on the VAS scale. At the same time, they affected the vegetative symptoms associated with primary dysmenorrhea, and according to the results, it can also be seen that the method of Ludmila Mojžíšová has a greater analgesic effect. | en |
