dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou konkurenčního prostředí a návrhem vhodného nájemního mixu pro plánované Obchodní centrum Úslava v Plzni. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na charakteristiku obchodu, členění maloobchodu, klasifikaci nákupních center a problematiku nájemního mixu a projektu. Praktická část se věnuje představení developerské společnosti InterCora a jejímu projektu Centra Úslava v Plzni. V rámci praktické části byl také proveden výzkum ve formě terénní analýzy konkurenčního prostředí a dotazníkového šetření. V závěru práce je pak stanoven návrh na konkrétní skladbu nájemců pro Obchodní centrum Úslava, který vychází z výsledků výzkumu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the competitive environment and the design of a suitable tenant mix for the planned Úslava Shopping Center in Pilsen. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the characteristics of trade, the classification of retail trade, the classification of shopping centers, and the issues of tenant mix and project. The practical part is devoted to the presentation of the development company InterCora and its Úslava Center project in Pilsen. As part of the practical part, research was also conducted in the form of a field analysis of the competitive environment and a questionnaire survey. At the end of the thesis, a proposal for a specific tenant mix for the Úslava Shopping Center is presented, based on the results of the research.en
