| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou decentrovaného postavení dolních končetin u výkonnostních krasobruslařů mladšího školního věku a možnostech fyzioterapeutického ovlivnění. V úvodu teoretické části je stručně popsána charakteristika krasobruslení a nastíněn tréninkový cyklus sportovců. Další kapitoly teoretické části pojednávají o ontogenetickém vývoji dítěte mladšího školního věku včetně zaměření na fyzickou zátěž u dětí. Teoretická část je zakončena kapitolou věnující se funkčním poruchám dolních končetin, svalovým dysbalancím a následně terapeutickými možnostmi ovlivnění ve fyzioterapii. Do praktické části bylo vybráno 14 sportovců vykazující decentrované postavení DKK a následně byla sestavena a aplikovaná dvou měsíční cvičební intervence. Probandi byli natočeni na videozáznam před a po cvičební intervenci. Ve výsledcích byly videozáznamy porovnány a aspekčně ohodnoceny změny v centrovaném postavení DKK. | dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis concentrates on the problematics of decentrated lower limbs positioning of performance figure skaters of younger school age and the possibilities of physiotherapeutic influence. In the beginning of the theoretical part, the characteristics of figure skating are described and the training cycle of the athletes is outlined. The following chapters of the theoretical part discuss the ontogenetic development of a child of younger school age including the focus on the physical load of such children. The theoretical part is concluded with a chapter discussing malfunction of legs and muscle imbalance, followed by the possibilities of physiotherapy influence. Fourteen athletes reporting decentrated leg positioning were chosen for the practical part of this thesis. Two months long exercise intervention has been compiled and applied afterwards. Probands were videotaped before and after the exercise. In the results, the video recordings were compared and aspectically evaluated for changes in the centered position of lower limbs The resulting data were processed and compiled into tables. In conclusion, the discussion chapter offers comparison and a summary of the resulting data. | en |
