dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na péči poskytovanou porodními asistentkami v gynekologických ambulancích. Teoretická část obsahuje definici porodní asistentky a kdo se jí může stát. Kapitoly teoretické části popisují základní oblasti práce porodní asistentky, a to přímo v gynekologické ambulanci, ale i odborné uplatnění mimo její chod. Tyto oblasti jsou též blíže rozvedeny. Dobrý vztah mezi klientkou a porodní asistentkou je důležitý pro poskytování kvalitní ošetřovatelské péče. V praktické části je cílem zjištění, jak je porodními asistentkami ovlivněn přístup klientek ke zdravotní péči a jak jsou s touto péčí klientky spokojeny. Z práce vyplývá, že klientky jsou s poskytovanou péčí spokojeny a porodní asistentky jsou ve všech dotazovaných oblastech hodnoceny kladně.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis focuses on care provided by midwives in gynaecological practices. The theoretical part contains the definition of a midwife and the definition who can be-come one. Chapters of the theoretical part describe basic areas of a midwife's work in the gynaecological practice as well as use of the profession beyond the practice. These areas are closely explained. A good relationship between the client and their midwife is im-portant for providing high quality nursing care. The aim of the practical part is to deter-mine how midwives influence the clients' attitude towards nursing care and how content they are with this care. The thesis indicates that clients are content with the provided care and midwives are evaluated well in all of the interviewed areas.en
