dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou výhřezu meziobratlové ploténky L5/S1 a možnosti fyzioterapeutických metod. Bakalářská práce se člení na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje poznatky o anatomii, kineziologii bederní páteře, diagnostiku a klasifikaci výhřezu meziobratlové ploténky. Praktická část seznamuje s možnostmi léčby výhřezu meziobratlových plotének. Praktická část obsahuje soubor fyzioterapeutických metod, které jsou aplikovány u diagnózy výhřezu meziobratlových plotének L5/S1. U třech pacientů s ambulantního zařízení. Záznam je zpracován formou třech kazuistik. V závěru praktické části jsou výsledky fyzioterapeutického působení diskutovány a konfrontovány se stanovenými hypotézami. Poslední část bakalářské práce zahrnuje přílohy s fotodokumentací.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis seals with the problematic of prolaps of intervertebral disc L5/S1 and the possibilities of physiotherapy metods.The bachelor thesis is dinided into theoretical and practical part. The teoretical part includes knowledge of anatomy, lumbar spine kinesiology,diagnostics about the clasification of prolapse of the intervertebral dosc. The practicalpart includes a set of physiotherapeutic methods which are applied at the diagnosis with the prolapse of intervertebral disc L5/S1 at three patients from on outpatient facility the record is processed case reports. Results of physiotherapeutuc methods are discussed and confronted with established hypotheses at the end of the practical part. The last part of this work includes attachmels with photo dokumentation.en
