dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zaměřuje na komplexní analýzu právního rámce a fungování sportovních spolků, se zvláštním důrazem na Český střelecký svaz (ČSS). Práce zkoumá historický vývoj ČSS, jeho právní základy, organizační strukturu a roli v rámci mezinárodní sportovní střelecké federace (ISSF). Rovněž se věnuje komparativní analýze mezi ČSS a dalšími mezinárodními střeleckými spolky, včetně Národní střelecké asociace (NRA) v USA a Deutscher Schützenbund (DSB) v Německu. Výzkum se zabývá výhodami a výzvami, které přináší členství v ISSF, a analyzuje právní závazky spojené s touto spoluprací. Diplomová práce rovněž zahrnuje analýzu financování sportovních spolků v České republice, porovnání s jinými sportovními organizacemi, jako je Fotbalová asociace ČR (FAČR) a Český atletický svaz (ČAS), a identifikaci výzev, kterým tyto organizace čelí. Cílem práce je poskytnout ucelený přehled o fungování a právních aspektech sportovních spolků v kontextu českého a mezinárodního sportovního práva.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis focuses on a comprehensive analysis of the legal framework and functioning of sports associations, with a particular emphasis on the Czech Shooting Federation (ČSS). The study examines the historical development of the ČSS, its legal foundations, organizational structure, and role within the International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF). It also conducts a comparative analysis between the ČSS and other international shooting organizations, including the National Rifle Association (NRA) in the USA and Deutscher Schützenbund (DSB) in Germany. The research explores the advantages and challenges of ISSF membership and analyzes the legal obligations associated with this collaboration. The thesis also includes an analysis of the financing of sports associations in the Czech Republic, a comparison with other sports organizations such as the Football Association of the Czech Republic (FAČR) and the Czech Athletic Federation (ČAS), and the identification of challenges these organizations face. The aim of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of the functioning and legal aspects of sports associations within the context of Czech and international sports law.en
