| dc.description.abstract | Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku spojů s vysokou teplotní odolností. V úvodu práce je rešerše kontaktovacích metod, jejich omezení, principy a výhody. Dále je tam rešerše materiálů pro desky plošných spojů, vodivé cesty a vodiče samotné. V dalších kapitolách je experimentální návrh, příprava, realizace a testování reálných spojů společně s vyhodnocenými výsledky. Závěr pak obsahuje celkové zhodnocení jednotlivých experimentů, doporučení které z nich vyplývá a reálnou použitelnost. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The presented diploma thesis is focused on the issue of connections with high temperature resistance. The introduction is a search of contact methods, their limitations, principles and benefits. There is also a search for materials for printed circuit boards, conductive paths and the conductors themselves. In the next chapters is the experimental design, preparation, implementation and testing of real connections together with the evaluated results. The conclusion then contains an overall evaluation of individual experiments, the recommendations that follow from them and the real applicability. | en |
