dc.description.abstractPráce popisuje poslance, jako člena zákonodárného sboru, jeho práva a povinnosti a porovnává jeho status od vzniku ČSR až po současnost. V práci je dále okrajově zmíněno pro porovnání postavení senátora. V druhé části je práce zaměřena na vznik, trvání a zánik mandátu a na odměnu za práci včetně příplatků.cs

The work is also mentioned in passing to compare the position of senator.
