| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá především laboratorní diagnostikou parazita Toxoplasma gondii. Teoretická část obsahuje informace o možnostech nákazy, epidemiologickém výskytu a také je zde stručně popsána prevence a možnosti léčby. Velkou kapitolou jsou pak samotné možnosti stanovení, které se dělí na: přímé metody, imunodiagnostiku a molekulární diagnostiku. V praktické části je podrobně popsána metoda EIA pro IgG, IgM a IgA, kterou byl získán soubor výsledků, následně graficky zpracovaných. Data byla sbírána ve Fakultní nemocnici Plzeň oddělení mikrobiologie - parazitologie za rok 2022. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis primarily describes the labratory diagnosis of the Toxoplasma gondii parasite. The theoretical part contains information about the possibilities of infection, epidemiologic occurrence, but also prevention and treatment options. A great part of the thesis describes the determination methods that are divided into: direct methods, immunodiagnosis and molecular diagnosis. In the practical part of the thesis, the EIA method used on IgG, IgM and IgA is described. A set of results was obtained using this method, that is later analyzed and processed. The data set has been obtained in the microbiology-parasitology department of the University Hospital in 2022. | en |
