dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou bezpečností potravin: ochrany lidí a zvířat. Práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí, teoretická a praktická. V teoretické části práce pojednává o bezpečnosti potravin, označování potravin, ochranných látkách v potravinách, a krmných aditivech. Dále zmiňuje problematiku geneticky modifikovaných potravin, a legislativu ČR a EU v rámci bezpečnosti potravin. Praktická část obsahuje zhodnocení výsledků dotazníkového šetření určeného pro laickou veřejnost. Šetření je zaměřeno na informovanost a znalosti v oblasti bezpečnosti potravin. Výsledky práce jsou vyobrazeny v přehledných tabulkách a grafech. Součástí práce jsou také přílohy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the issue of food safety: the protection of humans and animals. The work consists of two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is about food safety, food labeling, and preservatives in food and feed additives. Also mentions the issue of genetically modified food, and the legislation of the Czech Republic and the EU within the food safety. The practical part contains an evaluation of the results obtained from the questionnaire intended for the general public. This investigation focuses on the awareness and knowledge in the area of food safety. The results are shown in well-arranged tables and graphs. To the thesis also belong attachments.en
