dc.description.abstractV teoretické části práce se zaměřuji stručně na anatomii a fyziologii hypofýzy. Dále rozlišuji jednotlivé typy adenomů hypofýz, popisuji jejich příznaky, diagnostiku a léčbu. Teoretická část pokračuje předoperační a pooperační péčí o pacienty s adenomem hypofýzy. V praktické části rozpracovávám dvě kazuistiky včetně edukačního plánu. Zaměřuji se i na průběh propuštění pacientů a na jejich následné sledování na neurochirurgické ambulanci. Praktickou část doplňuji o manuál, který popisuje jak pečovat o pacienty s adenomem hypofýzy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn the theoretical part of the thesis, I focus briefly on the anatomy and physiology of the pituitary gland. Further I distinguish individual types of pituitary adenomas, describe their symptoms, diagnosis and treatment. The theoretical part continues preoperative and postoperative care of patients with pituitary adenoma. In the practical part, I elaborate two case reports, including an educational plan. I also focus on the course of the discharge of patients and their follow-up monitoring on the neurosurgical clinic. I complement the practical part about the manual, which describes, how to care for patients with pituitary adenoma.en
