dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku potřeb a doprovázení umírajícího člena rodiny jeho příbuznými. Práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou objasněny pojmy stárnutí a stáří, reakce jedinců na stáří, zásady komunikace se seniory, etika a lidská důstojnost, vztah mezi seniorem a rodinou, zdravotní a sociální péče o seniora, umírání, péče o umírajícího, zásady doprovázení umírajícího, smrt. Praktická část obsahuje vlastní šetření formou kvantitativního průzkumu, které mapuje problematiku informovanosti příbuzných o potřebách, doprovázení a schopnosti emocionálně podpořit umírajícího člena rodiny v Domově seniorů Panorama v Tachově.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis focuses on different kinds of needs of a dying person. It also deals with the importance for a dying person to be accompanied by his relatives. The thesis consists of two significant sections, a theoretical and a practical one. In the theoretical part different terms are described such as aging, the age, different reactions of people to the age, the main principals of communication with seniors, ethics and human dignity, relationships between a senior and other members of his family, health and social care related to the seniors, dying and a special care of a dying person, principals of accompanying a dying person, the death. The practical part of the thesis includes a practical survey. The goal of the survey was to find out if and to what extend are the seniors´ relatives aware of the special needs and the need of being accompanied by loved ones, as well as the ability to emotionally support the dying person. The survey was made in the nursing home Panorama in Tachov.en
