| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou elektronické evidence tržeb. Jejím hlavním cílem je identifikovat skutečné přínosy a negativa zavedení elektronické evidence tržeb pro malé a střední podniky a komparovat je s předpokládanými přínosy a negativy. Rešeršní část této práce se zabývá problematikou elektronické evidence tržeb v souvislostech (vč. pojmů daně, daňové úniky, šedá ekonomika) a charakteristikou malých a středních podniků. V aplikační části byly nejprve stanoveny předpokládané přínosy a negativa pro malé a střední podniky, poté byly zjištěny skutečné přínosy a negativa v konkrétním podniku, jež byly mezi sebou následně komparovány. Nakonec byly zjištěné výsledky konfrontovány s výsledky výzkumného šetření, jež probíhalo formou strukturovaného rozhovoru s představiteli malých a střední podniků. Přínosem práce byla identifikace skutečných přínosů a negativ zavedení elektronické evidence tržeb pro malé a střední podniky. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The diploma thesis is focused on electronic registration of sales. Its main aim is identification of real benefits and negative aspects of the implementation of electronic registration of sales to small and medium-sized enterprises. The research part of the thesis is focused on electronic registration of sales in context with taxes, tax evasions and grey economy and on small and medium-sized enterprises. In the beginning of the practical part there were set the expected benefits and negative aspects to small and medium-sized enterprises, then there were ascertained the real benefits and negative aspects to selected enterprise and after that the expected and real benefits and negative aspects were compared. In the end there were compared the ascertained results with the results of the research based on structured interviews with the representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises. The merit of this diploma thesis was identification of real benefits and negative aspects of implementation of electronic registration of sales to small and medium-sized enterprises. | en |
