| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce je zaměřena na finanční řízení podniku. V první části je představen analyzovaný podnik mezi největšími evropskými konkurenty. Ve druhé části práce jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky o finančním řízení za použití odborné literatury. V praktické části diplomové práce je provedena analýza stavu podnikových financí společnosti ČEZ, a.s. v období let 2003-2012 a cílem je vysvětlení změn, které se udály vlivem finančního řízení. Z vyhodnocení analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí byl vypracován finanční plán na období 2013-2015. | dc.description.abstract-translated | Presented thesis is focused on financial management. In first part is introduced company incomparsion with largest European firms. Second part of the works summarizes the theoretical knowledge of financial management with use of scholarly literature. Practical part of this work is financial analysis of the company ČEZ, a.s. in the period 2003 to 2012, the aim is to explain the changes that have taken place due to financial management. According to summary of this analysis of internal and external environment, financial plan prospect was developed for years 2013 to 2015.
