| dc.description.abstract-translated | Karel Kokořovec of Kokořov was a member of gentry connected with the area of West Bohemia, concretely with southern Pilsen region. He lived at the turn of the 16 th and 17 th century in Šťáhlavy, where he had a renaissance castle built. Until these days he was almost forgotten and in publications there are usually only a few lines dedicated to him. The aim of the study is to point out the not so good known parts of his life such as his career, construction activities in Šťáhlavy or sepulchral monuments connected with the end of his life. | en |
