dc.description.abstractV létě 2012 byl proveden ichtyologický průzkum dolního a středního toku Lužnice. Cílem práce bylo zjistit druhy ryb, které se vyskytují v jednotlivých profilech řeky Lužnice, současný stav populací ryb, délkovou strukturu, biocenotické charakteristiky (dominance, frekvence) ryb ve zkoumaném toku, a následné porovnání rozdílů v délkových strukturách ryb v dolním a středním toku. Ichtyofauna byla zkoumána ve vybraných úsecích kvantitativně pomocí dvouprůchodového elektrolovu. K průzkumu byl použit benzinový agregát (typ ZB6) vyrábějící usměrněný pulzní proud a bateriový agregát LENA (firma Bednář, Olomouc). Všechny ulovené ryby byly podle druhů spočítány, změřeny a puštěny zpět do vody. Na základě těchto informací byla vytvořena data zahrnující počet jedinců a abundance jednotlivých profilů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn the summer 2012, was performed ichthyological research of the lower and the middle sections of the river Lužnice. The purpose was to identify fish species that occur in the individual profiles of the river Lužnice, the current condition of fish species, their lenght structure, biocenotic characteristics (dominance and frequency) of fish in the research flow, and compares the differences in lenght structures of fishes in the lower and the middle sections of the river Lužnice. Ichthyofauna was investigated in selected sections quantitatively using two pass electrofishing method. For the survey was used petrol aggregate (type ZB6) producing rectified pulsating current and also was used in the less accessible places battery aggreagate LENA (firm Bednář, Olomouc). All caught fishes were determined, calculated, measured and they were thrown back into the water. Based on this informations, the data was created as the number of individuals and abundance of individual profiles.en
